The Orchid Room & The Ackee Room:  SUMMER RATES - April 16th - December 14th

• $128 night - single occupancy
• $160 night – double occupancy
• $200 night - triple occupancy
• $95 night – extra person 13 & older
• $60 night – Children 4-12 (in parents' room)
• $FREE - Children 3 and under (in parents' room, portable crib is available)

The Garden View Room:  SUMMER RATES - April 16th - December 14th

• $110 night - single occupancy
• $140 night – double occupancy
• $170 night - triple occupancy
• $95 night – extra person 13 & older
• $60 night – Children 4-12 (in parents' room)
• $FREE - Children 3 and under (in parents' room, portable crib is available)

The Garden View Room:  WINTER RATES - December 15th - April 15th

• $150 night - single occupancy
• $180 night – double occupancy
• $210 night - triple occupancy
• $95 night – extra person 13 & older
• $60 night – Children 4-12 (in parents' room)
• $FREE - Children 3 and under (in parents' room, portable crib is available)

Rental Policy:

• All rates subject to 10% government tax.
• All rates subject to a 10% tip.
• A 25% Deposit is required with your reservation.
• The remainder of the balance is due in 30 days with any major credit card.
• If reservations are made within 30 days or less the entire balance is due immediately.
• Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change.
• Check in time is 1:00 p.m. - Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• No smoking indoors – outdoor verandas only.
• A $10 key deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure when keys are returned.
• A $25 beach towel charge will be applied if beach towels are not returned.

Refund Policy:

• 90 days or more before arrival date – a full refund, minus a $75.00 administration fee (per booking).
• 89-60 days before arrival date - a 75% refund.
• 59-30 days before arrival date - a 50% refund.
• 29-0 days before arrival date - refunds will not be granted. IF YOU WISH you MAY apply your PAYMENT to a stay at Coral Cottage within 12 months of the original reservation date (pending availability) plus an additional $75.00 re-booking fee. All cancellations that meet our cancellation policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated, less a 5% credit card fee.
