* Rates are quoted per unit per night based on the number of persons occupying each room/villa. A Government Consumption Tax
(GCT) of 10% and Gratuity/Service Charge of 10% are to be added to the rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.        
         
* A security deposit of $100.00 US is collected from guests upon arrival. This can be on an open credit card and is refunded on checkout
assuming there is no damage or loss in the room or villa.

Policies

Rental Policy
 
  • All rates subject to 10% Government Consumption Tax (GCT).
  • All rates subject to a 10% Gratuity/Service Charge.
  • A 25% Deposit is required with your reservation.
  • The remainder of the balance is due in 30 days with any major credit card.
  • If reservations are made within 30 days or less the entire balance is due immediately.
  • Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • Check in time is 1:00 p.m. - Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • No smoking indoors – outdoor verandas only.
  • A $10 key deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure when keys are returned.
  • A $25 beach towel charge will be applied if beach towels are not returned.

Refund Policy
 
If your cancellation is received in writing, you will receive -
  • 90 days or more before arrival date – a full refund, minus a $75.00 administration fee (per booking).
  • 89-60 days before arrival date - a 75% refund.
  • 59-30 days before arrival date - a 50% refund.
  • 29-0 days before arrival date - refunds will not be granted. IF YOU WISH you MAY apply your PAYMENT to a stay at Coral Cottage within 12 months of the original reservation date (pending availability) plus an additional $75.00 re-booking fee. All cancellations that meet our cancellation policy and have a refund due will be processed in accordance to the policy stated, less a 5% credit card fee.
NO REFUNDS will be granted for no shows, canceled flights, delayed arrival or for early departures. You must confirm your right to all refunds by sending a written notice by certified mail to be received by Coral Cottage within the deadlines stated above.
